Hey Actifit frens! I had a very awesome day today, I took my two children to the aquarium. And I enjoyed walking around And seeing the animals with them. During which I got a lot of steps because of the layout. After bedtime for them I was able to get a good long elliptical workout in. Cheers mateys!
