Hey Actifit frens! Thanks for checking out my fitness report!

Today I had a good day fitness wise, I knocked out a bunch of steps around the office as I was very busy today. Then after work I chased my kids around the house for a bit. Then once they were to bed I got in a 40 minute elliptical challenge, that was all incline and HIIT stuff.

Now just chilling getting the show notes together for tomorrow night.
