Let's be firm until the end

Those who belong to Christ identify with their sufferings and will never doubt their love and kindness towards them, because of the sufferings that this world experiences for the sake of its name and the Gospel.

But those who rebel against the Lord because of their sufferings, and who always live in the search of their own will, according to their selfish interests, will never be able to know the ways of God, and will be subject to their judgments as soon as possible. to not know the rest that is in him for their souls, if they repented.

Those who refuse to take the yoke of Jesus can not experience the rest that He can and wants to give us when we are overwhelmed and tired by the difficulties of this life, and the burden of our sins.

It is not given to any believer, by the will of God, that they come to apostatize from the faith, to have an evil and unfaithful heart, because He is worthy to receive honor, glory, praise, patience and perseverance in all our sufferings for love. to her.

Not to do so is to impute a great dishonor, because we affirm by our unfaithful behavior that He is not powerful, kind and faithful to keep and sign us.

Hence, it is necessary that we exhort ourselves so that we are not hardened by sin. Not because they lack power and God
to enter into us, but by our own weakness and the perversity of nature from which we must undress,
what inclines us to move away from the living God.

If the believer does not allow himself to be exhorted by the Word, and does not bend his neck, to acknowledge his sins so that he humbly asks the Lord to strengthen him with his grace, he will surely fall from the grace and firmness that he had in Christ, because he will sadden the Holy Spirit with his hardening to the truth, and once the Spirit is saddened, his fire that sanctifies us, purifies and consoles, extinguishes, and without this fire we can not live according to his will and be the believers spiritual we must be, to be able to do their work.

Remember what the author of Hebrews tells us: "Because we have become participants in Christ, if in fact we hold firm to the end the trust that we had from the beginning".

Staying in Christ is a commitment that we assume through God's call in us. Let's never disappoint Christ for anything in this world. Thanks for sharing sister Teresa.
