Fisherman next to the sea

While traveling I took this picture on a beautiful island in Iran. A fisherman hanging out next to the sea.

The ocean in these areas is really quite special. The warm waters harbor numerous species of marine life. It is a joy to watch the animals in their natural habitat. Colorful fishes, turtles and crabs, dolphins...

It is truly worth protecting yet unfortunately I could often witness the reckless behavior towards it. Like in most of the places on earth people are polluting their environment.

I wonder how this fisherman sees this problem or if he sees it as a problem at all. His job is however most definitely affected by it. And I hope that people's attitudes toward nature will improve so that this man will still be able to make a living in the future.
