Search becomes unresponsive with reduced window width
Expected behavior
When a user reduces the width of their screen and clicks the search button a user should be shown a search bar/field which will allow them to complete a search.
Actual behavior
When a user reduces the width of their window and clicks the search button nothing happens, the users' cursor changes to a pointer and a hover state is shown with the background turn light grey but on click, nothing happens.
How to reproduce
A) Login or visit d.tube with your window at the full width of your display
B) Test search functionality by searching something such as steem, note that you're able to see an input field to search with.
C) Reduce the width of your screen until the search field disappears.
D) Click on the search field, nothing will happen.
