RAJAS DE POBLANO, ESTILO NORTE Coahuila
Comensales: 8-10 personas Tiempo de preparación: 40 minutos Tiempo de cocción: 20 minutos aproximadamente
Utensilios: Sartén grande.
15 chiles poblanos verdes; 6 cebollas medianas; 4 cucharadas de aceite o manteca; 3 jitomates grandes; 3 dientes de ajo; 1/2 taza de crema; 1/4 kilo de queso fresco.
• Se asan los chiles, se pelan y se hacen rajas; se doran un poco y se les agrega cebolla en rebanadas gruesas, a que se frían un poco. • Se muelen los jitomates con los dientes de ajo y se les ponen las rajas, dejándolas hervir 15 minutos. • Ya para servirse se le pone la crema y se adorna con queso • en rebanadas. Se sirve caliente.
