Regulars at Speaker’s Corner, who have spoken out against Islam, have been warned by police to stay away for their own safety, in the wake of the recent atrocious terror attack in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Many of the regular Muslims who attend Speaker’s Corner have been expressing their anger following the attack. Many threats and claims have been made online, that those who have previously criticised Islam should now be held fully to blame for the appalling attack in New Zealand, and have “ blood on their hands”.
Why are the police not dealing with this and arresting these Muslims? Why are the peaceful regulars being advised to stay away?
Why are the police, the media and our politicians not saying “Don’t look back in anger" this time?
