Many people have this notion that black girls' hair hardly grow. This is absolutely wrong. It grows but at different paces due to the different curl patterns

Curl 3a will tend to look much more longer than 4c.
Apart from the different curl patterns, caring for the hair influences how long and healthy your hair grows.

From my experiences, I have put together some simple guidelines to have a long and healthy hair. Which follows thus:

  1. Be patient.
  2. Do not compare your hair with others.
  3. Drink lots of water, this helps to get rid of dandruff and fight other scalp challenges.
  4. Wash and deep condition your hair once in two weeks.
  5. Tea rinse once in month, this helps to prevent hair loss(breakage).
  6. Keep your hair always oily and wet with water before combing.
  7. Comb carefully with wide tooth Combs.
    8.Protective stylings are evidently good.
  8. Let your hair breath! It's good to get lazy sometimes, letting your hair free of any style for at least a week helps.
  9. Do not use products that contain silicones and sulfates.
  10. Discover a product that works for you and stick to it. Don't be a product wanderer.

If you need to know how each of the above listed can be done easily (like what are protective styles, how to tea rinse or deep condition), or how to produce these products yourself with affordable and cheap ingredients, or if you need to know the some best products available that works for each hair types, follow me(I follow back) to be updated.
