Where is the longest railway in the world
The United States has the longest railway network in the world, with a length of more than 250,000 km. The network is divided into two routes, a route for the operation of freight lines, 80% of the total network, and a second passenger route with an area of 35,000 km. The United States network consists of 538 freight railways divided into seven lines: first class railways, 510 local railways and 21 regional railways run by private organizations.
