They are cultivating tomatoes at my younger aunt's house. They have planted many tomato trees on their roofs. Tomato is a winter vegetable. Tomato is usually a fruit but tomato is known all over the world as a vegetable. Tomato sauce is also very popular as a cooking ingredient and with food. Tomatoes are also popular everywhere because of their attractiveness, good taste, high nutritional value, and versatility. Tomatoes are rich in carbs, calcium, vitamin-A and vitamin-C.

I went to my little aunt's house a few days ago. Each of their tomato trees is bearing fruit. Each tree is holding 6-7 tomatoes. My little aunt is cultivating tomatoes in tubs. If you grow tomatoes in tubs, the yield may be less. But it is enough for a family.

The benefits of tomatoes:

First of all, tomatoes are good for the heart. Helps to reduce cholesterol levels and blood pressure in the body. Secondly, tomatoes are quite beneficial for diabetes. This vegetable controls the level of glucose in the blood. Third, tomatoes contain vitamin A which improves eyesight. Fourth Tomato provides essential antioxidants to the body which helps to prevent damage to body cells. Fifth Tomato Natural Antiseptic. So prevents infection.
