A glass of chilled Nimbu Paani is enough to refresh you in hot summer days. This drink works as an energy booster also when you feel tired. This energy drink is made of lemon juice and flavored with salt and honey. Some people use sugar instead of honey. But we use honey as it makes it healthier. The tangy taste of Nimbu Pani is loved by every generation. Some instant and ready-mixes versions of Nimbu Pani are also available in the market, but this homemade version has its own taste which will refresh your mind.


How To Make Pani Puri

INGREDIENTS



  • Lemon juice- 4 tbsp
  • Water- As Required
  • Honey- 8 tbsp
  • Black salt- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- 1/2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes- 7-8


METHOD



1. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix it well.


2. Now add 4 cups of chilled water and mix it well.


3. Add ice cubes and serve it chilled.
