Today I'm taking you to the only Marugame branch in Australia! I've had their yummy udon in Japan so it's exciting to see the only one opened in Sydney. Marugame is a popular chain in Japan where all their udon are made in house. You can then choose from a variety of small dishes or fried pieces to have with your udon.

今天我會帶你們到Marugame 唯一澳洲開的分店。我在日本已經試過Marugame的烏冬所以我很開心他們在澳洲唯一的分店是在悉尼。Marugame 是在日本很受歡迎的連鎖店。他們的烏冬全都是在店裡做的。這裡還有很多炸的東西和配菜跟烏冬一起吃

You have options for hot or cold udon and the size of udon you want.

你可以選擇冷或熱的烏冬而且可以選大小碗

Once your udon is made, you can walk along the line of ready made side dishes and pick what you want.

烏冬做完之後，你可以走到已經做好的配菜區拿你喜歡吃的配菜

Don't forget to get a drink! Recently Marugema has added Sake into their drinks option

不要忘記拿飲料。Marugemu 剛剛加入了清酒的選擇給客人

Once you have paid for your udon, go to this station to add all the sauces and topping you want. I suggest to add a small amount of ground ginger to all udon - so yummmmmm.

付了錢之後，這裡是配料站。你可以加你喜歡的醬油和配料在烏冬裡面．我建議你加一點姜、很好吃的！

Here is what we ordered for two people.

I ordered a Egg hot Bukkake, tamago, fried eggplant & squid

我點了熱溫泉蛋烏冬， 玉子，炸茄子和魷魚

Daddy E ordered a spicy dan dan tonkotsu with fried chicken and pork chop

E 爸爸點了辣擔擔豬骨湯麵加炸雞和豬排

Once you finish with your meal, remember to bring your tray and finished dishes to the cleaner counter

吃完之後，請記着那你的盤子到清潔站裡。
