Travelgirl's Day 16 of Semi Lockdown in Sydney - Pokemon Encyclopedia Has Arrived!

Hi Everyone,

We had a great day today. More productive, less drama and tantrums in the house. The most exciting news today apart from the calmness at home would be the Pokemon book we ordered have arrived! As I mentioned previously, Baby E has been obsessing a bit of Pokemon and Beyblades so we bought thought during this Easter stuck at home, we can introduce him to some fun books so we started with a Pokemon encyclopedia. More on that later.

We started off the day with some Reading Eggs. The kids are obsessed with this app (paid monthly app) as they can earn imaginary coins to buy things in the shop within the app. They win these tokens by completed each exercise completed. The theme this month is superhero which is why they are obsessed in getting as many items as possible to make themselves in the app look awesome. While Baby E was doing his schoolwork outside, I had a session with Baby M in his room doing some preschool worksheets. Surprisingly he did it with no fuss and we all enjoyed a nice snack after that before I need to rush off to a video conference call.

By lunch, we received the book! We also got some winter PJs for the boys as they have outgrown the ones last year. New year, new PJs. They were so excited that they crowded around the book and my other half read a few pages to them to get them interested. I hope our days moving forward will be like this so we can continue on with this semi lockdown without getting into too many arguments.
