[정기정검] 모든 것에는 휴식이 필요하다. / Everything needs rest.

최근 정부에서는 근로기준법을 개정했습니다.
정말 오랜시간 동안 여야 합의가 되지 않고 있던 근로시간단축을 주축으로 한 내용입니다.

내용을 요약하자면, 근로자에게 휴식시간을 보장하여 근로 외 개인활동에 더많은 시간을 보장한다는 얘기입니다.

모든 법이 그렇듯 입법취지와 결과가 항상 일치하지는 않습니다. 지켜봐야죠.

그 만큼 현대인들의 휴식에 대한 요구가 커진 것이라고 볼 수 있을까요? 사업주에 종속되어 근로(노동)을 제공하는 근로자들에게는 휴식만큼 달콤한게 없죠.

현재 근로기준법은 '직업의 종류와 관계없이 임금을 목적으로 사업 또는 사업장에 근로를 제공하는 자'로 정의하고 있습니다.

저도 한동안 원화채굴을 위해 너무 달렸던 걸까요? 정작 일생에 신경을 많이 못 쓰고 생산활동에 집중한 나머지, 제 발이 되어주고 있는 자동차의 정기정검 시기를 놓치고 있었네요.

드디어 오늘 정기정검을 받으러 왔습니다. 다음주에는 종합건강검진을 받으러 갈 예정입니다.

어찌하다보니 제 자신 보다 자동차를 먼저 돌보러 왔네요.

약 4만여키로미터를 함께 달려와준 자동차에게 감사합니다. 오늘 멋지게 점검받고 소모품도 교체받고 다시 저를 위해 열심히 달려주겠죠.

여러분들은 누군가를 위해 열심히 달리고 계신가요? 자신? 가족? 사업주? 친구? '근로'라는 단어에는 성실히 일한다는 의미가 스며들어 있습니다.

항상 '성실'='좋은 것'은 아니지만, 성실함은 없는 것 보다는 있는 것이 낫지 않을까요? 하지만 성실히 무엇인가를 하다보면 반드시 휴식이 필요합니다.

Recently, the government revised the Labor Standards Act.
It is the contents that the shortening of the working time that was not agreed to for a long time with ruling party and outs.

To summarize, it means that workers are guaranteed more break time.

As with all laws, the purpose and results of the legislation are not always same. I have to watch this issue.

Can it be said that the demand for modern people's relaxation has increased? For workers who are subordinated to employers and provide labor, there is nothing as sweet as rest.

Currently, the Labor Standards Act defines 'persons who provide work to businesses or workplaces for the purpose of pay regardless of the type of work'.

Have I been working far to earn monet for a while? I have not been paying much attention to my life and concentrated on my own activities.

I have finally come to get regular checkups for my car today. I am going to take a comprehensive medical checkup next week.

I care my car first than myself.

Thank you for the car that ran along with about 40,000 kilometers. I will check it out nicely today and replace the consumables and run it hard for me again.

Are you running hard for someone? Myself? family? employer? friend? The word 'work' in korea implies that it works faithfully.

It is not always 'faithfully' = 'good thing', but is not it better to have sincerity than not? However, if you do something faithfully, you need to relax.
