Locals in Sapa, Vietnam
This is probably one of our most favourite picture from our one month trip in Vietnam. It was taken in Sapa the north region of Vietnam - beautiful mountains, waterfalls and endless hikes. The story behind this picture goes like this. We just arrived in Sapa and it was raining cats and dogs like crazy for days and everything was flooded. We knew that we need to get 30 km up in the mountains to the places that we wanted to stay. So the only options were to take overpriced pickup truck or to rent a scooter. Thus, we rented a scooter and started our wet and windy ride up the hills. And somewhere in the middle of our road we met these lovely Vietnamese girls that new little english and wanted practise their knowledge with us asking where are we from and what are we doing in Vietnam. So we spent like 20 minutes in rain, completely wet just chatting with these two gorgeous young ladies.
These are the memories and experiences that we cherish so much and love about travelling. Anyhow we just wanted to share this with you. Let us know if you have had similar experiences!
