PINEAPPLE OR FLOWER ARRANGEMENT?

I saw this amazing flower arrangement in the foyer of a hotel. The first thing my brain said was "???Pineapple". On closer examination, I saw that this amazing arrangement composed of fresh red anthirriums and aloe leaves.

I could not count the number of flowers as the table was against a wall so I could not see the back of the arrangement, but I would love to know.
