Anyone who knows me understands my fear of the tax man. I rigorously prepare my taxes and declare every dollar because I know people who have faced a dreaded tax audit.

Some people are dumb, but some are arrogant. I knew a doctor in my neighborhood who avoided paying taxes for a decade. He got 8-years in federal prison for that.

The IRS' clout is bigger than mine. I make sure to be cool around them and declare even the smallest of income. I admit it, I have a phobia.
