It is definitely a tourist attraction now as people all over the neighboring cities and even foreigners want to visit this beautiful place taking pictures with loved ones, friends and family. For those who want to visit 10,000 Roses Cafe, it is located in Barangay Day-as in Cordova, Cebu and you will need to pay an environmental fee of P20 pesos per person.
The main attraction of the café is the 10,000 artificial LED roses that are planted in the open area of the facility. These roses of about 3 feet tall dance with the sea breeze in the daytime and becomes magical lights in the night as they are lit at around 6 pm every night.
It is best to visit at late afternoon where you can see both daytime and nighttime appearance of 10,000 while seeing the sunset over the entire Cebu City.
