Hey everyone! If you are following me and you were wondering why yesterdays review is invisible, it's not sorcery!

Yesterday I was simply too busy(drunk oops) to get on steemit at all. I was DJing and acting as sound engineer at a small one-day "festival" I've helped organize for 7 editions now! But though I wasn't on steemit much, I tried to think like @xtetrahedron and try to be an ambassador, and wow, "where does the money come from" is like tha mantra it seems, how do you answer that in a short, easily digestible way? I feel like I just end up sounding like a cult member.
A small garden part that has evolved into an event with two stages, live music& DJs, cafe&restaurant, heated pool, massage tent and a "chill-tipi" ;)
I ended up playing the last set of the night, and at that point people were finally ready to let loose(Here in Norway people usually have some pretty big barriers at social events).
I had a great time playing, but before I could finish my set, the cops showed up. So as a special treat, here is what I had time play, if you wanna take a listen!:)

Its not at all easy explaining Steem in depth to people with no knowledge about cryptocurrencies as you have experienced!
Personally I try to focus more on the aspects of a censorship free decentralized platform then the money when first engaging in a conversation with people. This way i can gauge how much they know about decentralized technologies before I even try explaining concepts like how all money basicly just have the value we ascribe to them at any time.
A lot of these concepts are things people never have thought about as its not discussed in our government indoctrination camps (schools). The government seems content that the general population don't realize how fiat money actually works...
It's sad to hear the cops came and crashed the micro festival this year as well... I'm playing your set from yesterday over here now mate!
Yeah it takes a lot of explaining of concepts I've still barely got a grasp on. But hey I think at least some of the people were intrigued!
