I am confused and dizzy, to look for ideas, inspiration to write today. Surely Steemitmania's friends often experience it, maybe even someone can not sleep to look for ideas or inspiration? this is one of the factors that keep us from writing posts. However, after my self-introspection, it is not as difficult as we imagine to look for an idea or inspiration, even a creative and innovative idea at the same time.

If we are able to do so, it will be easy to get an idea or creative inspiration that will appear in our minds. Because New ideas arise when the collision of information about two different things when we think beyond our reason, so our brain combines many nerve cells containing information from the outside to we combine with the thoughts that exist within ourselves, and think of things that unique and different, and spreading in all directions, then we pursue to come up with the most creative and innovative.

Relax, How to ? It's up to each of us how to do it, maybe sleeping, while eating, sitting back, listening to a song, going somewhere comfortable, holiday for example and more. Why relax? Because to get an idea and inspiration, we can not possibly get it if we are stressed, dizzy, tired, tired. Lack of spirit or other causes. Therefore, relax, do not need dizzy and confused, too focused to search for ideas and inspiration, so spend a lot of energy in mind, the result even the idea does not appear. By relaxing we can explore our minds to be able to imagine.
