MAN AND MICROBES

in #science7 years ago

Microorganisms are the smallest forms of life on Earth, they can't be seen with the naked eye except with the use of microscopes.

Microorganisms are ubiquitoes - meaning they are present everywhere, in the air, food, soil etc, and they play important roles wherever they are found. For example, when present in food they can spoil food or can modify the foods to something else as in alcohol production from grains. They are also present in and on our bodies.
The most common types of microorganisms are;

  • Bacteria
  • Viruses
  • Fungi
  • Algae

This was the part of science I loved to explore back then, in high school.

Haha! Science have always been fun, it's just our teachers who ruined it.
