Hello Steemians 💛今天介绍一家特别的餐厅---蛙来哒，来自长沙的一家专卖牛蛙锅的餐厅，目前在全中国已经有50家门店。说起牛蛙这种食物，好像不是平常经常吃到的，在中国可能很少有人不敢吃牛蛙，但是在国外，我还真碰到不少老外真的不吃牛蛙的。

Today, I want to introduce a very special restaurant, the frog, comes from a restaurant in changsha which specializes in frog pot. There are already 50 stores in China. When it comes to the food like the bullfrog, it seems that it is not often eaten in China. In China, there are few people who dare to eat bullfrogs, but in foreign countries, I do encounter quite a few foreigners who really do not eat bullfrogs.

记得在英国有一次去中国人开的KTV，那里提供点餐服务，所以有人点了牛蛙的烤串，有个老外拿起来吃了一口，问这是什么？有人说可能是鸡，她说味道不像，仔细一看，才发现是牛蛙，吓的外国朋友立刻不敢吃了。

I remember in UK, there was a KTV set up in China, where we provided some food service, so someone ordered a roast string of bullfrog, and a foreigner picked it up and ate it, and asked what it was. Some people say it might be a chicken. She said it didn't taste like it. When you look at it carefully, it turns out that it's a bullfrog, and the frightened foreign friends are afraid to eat it at once.

外国人一直很好奇中国人很多动物的肉都敢吃，因为在国外大家平时吃的最多的就是牛肉和鸡肉，可能他们在很久以前，生活就比较富裕了，所以每顿只吃最营养健康的牛肉。而在中国，过去大家还处于温饱阶段，只要是肉能填饱肚子就行。还有一个原因是，中国人会做菜，什么肉都能做出它最好吃的味道。

比如这牛蛙锅，做出来真的很嫩，比鸡肉嫩很多。加上辣椒又很有味道。关于锅的种类也可以选择泡锅或者平锅，口味也尽可能满足了所有人的喜好，泡椒味，香辣味，酸汤味，葱香味，想要麻辣的，微辣的，不辣的什么口味都有。
