그냥 냅둬야하다니...
어제 저녁 산책을 하던 도중 주택을 짓기 위한 터에 농작물이 자락 있는걸 봤다.
왜 집을 안짓고 농사를 지을까 궁금했다.
답은 바로 옆에 있었다.
근처에 사는 누군가가 몰래 농작물을 심은거였다.땅주인은 집을 지으려 하지만 농작물이 있어 맘대로 못하고 있는듯 하다.
내땅에 내집을 짓게다는데 맘대로 못하다니 법이 잘못된거 아닌가?
그리고 남의 땅에 농사 지으며 집도 못짓게 버티는 사람들은 무슨 심보인지...참 못됐다.
헐 저건 양심불량 아닌가요?ㄷㄷ
남의땅에 허락도 없이 농작물을...

저희동네 초등학교부지에 할머니할아버지들 농사 엄청 지었었는데
다 밀어버리고 코스모스 심던데..
땅 무단사용료를 받을수는 있지만..농작물은 심은사람소유라 없애면 손괴행위라 ..비양심쓰레기들이죠

We have a similar law in US. There are easements and hostile possession. Honestly, it is meant to benefit those that are combating hostile landowners and landlords. In US, the owner of the property has to be responsible for it and take care of it. You have to ask yourself if the land was so important, why did the owner allow crops to be planted? Even after they were planted, why did the landowner allow them to stay until they matured? This process takes days or even weeks. What was the landowner doing in this time? In US, if a landowner knowingly allows someone to do as they please with the land for a period of time, the land becomes the property of the person taking care of it. Basically, if you're not willing to take care of the land, it goes to someone that will.
