"Cybird City" and Hive anniversity opening.
Took part in what might be one of my last Hive openings in a while last night. Above is a piece I finished for the show "Cybird" acrylic on canvas. It is my amagining of a future city in decay. I talk more about an earlier version of it here.
Not my worst piece; but I was trying to marry different elements that do not create the harmony I intended so I might still yet work on it more. It is like an experimental piece; a junkyard of influences.
Below is another photo of "Inexplicable by Moonlight" When I asked people which was their favorite piece; to see what direction I should go in; they usually pointed to this one. Perhaps it is more of my own unique style than others; they also liked the colors.
And here is my wall...
Here is me dancing in front of my art.
Hard to avoid because the Hive has such a great DJ.
"Super Bee" has some art in the back as well.
A lot of fun characters at the Hive.
Bacon, son of the "King Bee" came out in a cute costume.
My friend took me home; I took photos of some of art in the group show as we left. (none of the following is my work)
Beautiful and eyes catching
ITS REALLY TRUE LINE
(A picture is a poem without words”)
Keep post great arts
I like it! :-)
