Some little creatures I doodled at the restaurant the other night

Went to a Gallery the other night in Los Feliz then walked around with my family; stopping at shops on the way. We ate at an atmospheric Indian restaurant and talked, and I had not drawn all week and was so inspired by the gallery I had to scribble some little creatures down in my notebook.

It made me remember all the little creatures I used to draw all the time; Christmas shoppers at the Hive might eat them up, I wonder if I have time to make some ready to sell for the next opening. This first creature I swear I saw somewhere before; whether from another artist at the Hive or a story book. I will must find out what the sorce is before I attempt to recreate it again; I know a lot of artists copy but that is not my thing.

Here is a One Eyed Bird with two beaks; perhaps I will create a shelter for intergalactic creatures and let people adopt them; I am sure something like that has been done before as well though; argh!!!

Hmm; well maybe if it is not being done already at the Hive it will be OK. These two sketches were not as good; but they are ideas.

For the next two weeks I will be getting work ready for the December Show at the Hive; so that will also act as my personal project on here. I will share some of my progress as I go; perhaps some work from past personal projects or Steemit competitions will be included:)
