Bungong Coating and Carwash
Good evening my stemians friends, Here I try to review something different as ususal I make review of mosque or cafe, but tonight I try something different. Carwash and coating place. Here are the story.
Last week, I went to Banda Aceh to take my son, Adib, back to his pesantren. We stayed for a night at Nelis Guesthouse, Lampineung. During the trip, the weather was not very friendly. Rain followed us along the road, and by the time we arrived, our car was dirty and covered with water stains.
Being washed
Before continuing our journey, I decided to wash the car. I brought it to Bungong Coating, thinking it was just a regular car wash (doorsmeer). But when I arrived, I realized this place offers much more than that.

While waiting for my car to be washed, I started looking around the place. That was when I noticed that Bungong Coating also offers detailing and nano ceramic coating packages. I became curious. The staff explained the coating service politely and clearly, without forcing me to take it. They just shared information and let me decide.

The workers were focused, careful, and knew what they were doing. It felt reassuring to leave the car in their hands.

What I really appreciated was the honesty and clarity of the service. They explained what services were available without forcing anything. Customers can choose between a normal wash or more advanced treatments like detailing and coating, based on their needs and budget.
Drying Process
The washing process was thorough. They cleaned the exterior, the interior, and paid attention to small details that are often ignored. After the wash, the car looked fresher and much cleaner. For those who want extra protection and shine, Bungong Coating also offers coating services that help protect the car’s body and keep it looking new for a longer time.

In the end, I stayed with my first plan and only took the washing service. Even so, the washing result was satisfying. The car looked much cleaner, fresher, and more comfortable for the next drive. The service felt honest and respectful, and that made a good impression on me.
Maybe not today, but someday, when I have more time and a better budget, I would like to try their coating service. For now, I was happy with a clean car and a smooth journey back to the pesantren.
Sometimes, a good service is not only about what we buy, but about how we are treated as customers. And that day, Bungong Coating treated me well.
