I Left My Worries at the Door.

I left my worries when I came in,

I left them at the door.

But now that I'm not holding them,

I don't know what to do anymore.

So much of my time has been wasted

Carrying weights that I did not need. 

But now I have dropped them,

I have decided to be freed.

When this life comes to an end,

I don't want to have lived my life in dread.

I don't want to be known for my worry,

I want to be known for unconcern instead. 

A life without any worry at all

Is nearly impossible for anyone. 

But I will not quit until I've learned

To overcome these worries, every one.
