I don't think I have even started being good in the kitchen, I think I am still at the zero level. I am still cooking just my dishes and that if family. I can only test my cooking abilities when I cook for the public.
When I see some chefs cook, I get motivated to learn more about cooking. I want to learn how to measure the quantity of ingredients for a particular size of dish. I want to learn how long a dish should stay on fire, I want to learn the various dishes and their names.
I have so many things I want to learn because I am not satisfied at my level of cooking. I want to grow in cooking and I'm sure to get there.
What becomes your weak point when you face cooking? |

When I face cooking, my weak point is getting the right measurements of a particular dish I want to prepare.
I am always scared that my ingredients are less or more. Sometimes when I taste my food, I feel it lacks something. Not getting the right proportion of ingredients can be very dissatisfied.
When I visit my family home, I get scared to cook for everyone sometimes because I feel it wouldn't turn out nice, I am not saying that I am a terrible cook but when I face cooking, I get weak in adding my ingredients, but sometimes when I cook and get the actual quantity, it tastes delicious.

I love Ify, she's one amazing cook that gives me the vibe each time she's in the kitchen. I have been following her for a long time now from other social media.
She's a beautiful lady with the swag, she lives with her husband and two kids in the state of Lagos, Nigeria where she cooks all the amazing dishes.
Each day she prepares something new, I try to cook it in my kitchen because the way she demonstrates her cookings and what she does after tasting the food, would make you want to try it.
She's a very good chef that knows what it means to prepare a nice dish.

I have never engaged in any cooking competition because I've not got the opportunity to, but I don't know what fate holds for me out there in joining a competition, I don't know if will be among the first 3 or not.
You know when a competition arises, there are a lot of people who are good at it and would want to join the competition so I can't say what my position would be, although I will try my best!
