My Actifit Report Card: December 16 2022
We ended the week with a nice hike down along the isolated Turkey Creek south of here in the Bradshaw Mountains. Just Lulu and I and a few grazing cows to spend a few hours prospecting and hiking among the quiet hills.
At least it was warmer and there wasn't any snow or ice to contend with on our hike down the hilly and rocky service trail down to the creek and then the trail along the quiet waters.
Lulu was thrilled to be out running and exploring all the sights and smells while I wandered along behind her with a load of gear on my back. Hard work and I had even worked up a sweat despite the temperature only in the 50s.
I did a lot of digging and wandering around the area to check out different spots so it was a decent day of exercise even if there wasn't any running today (what else is new it seems - guess I'll have to start anew).
Probably a good 3 or so miles up and down hiking today.
Hopefully better this weekend.
