CATS:Pencil Drawing-New-Competition (No.44)

Did you know that cats have nine lives?
Ofcourse you might have heard it from somewhere. But let me tell you what it actually means...

"a cat has nine lives" is a saying that is considered to be an idiom.

Idioms are expressions that have a figurative meaning different from the literal meaning of the words used.

In this case, the saying likely originated from the fact that cats are known for their agility and ability to survive dangerous situations many times.

This is my entry for this pencil drawing competition. And I know I've done well.😊😁

These are the drawing tools; Pencil, Eraser and a Sharpener.

Firstly, I started by sketching the face of the cat with the pencil, then used the eraser to clean minor mistakes. And I got a perfect sketch of what I want my cat face would look like.
Then I gave some outline to one of the eyes just before taking the photo below.

Here, I began shading some part of the right face as you can see....

That's it....

Here, after outlining the other eye, I began shading the left part of the face.

Then the final results below is after shading the background to give it a dark appearance and then giving it my written watermark 'Bobby's Xrt'
