Hello, I am Arsalan from Pakistan. I am here with you once again. Recipe Week 88 has already begun, and today I am going to share its first recipe. As you know, it is the winter season, and during this time, people generally prefer warm and hearty dishes. So today, I have brought a new recipe specially suited for this winter season. Its name is Beef Trotters Curry.

Winter calls for warm and hearty dishes, and there’s nothing more comforting than a rich, flavorful curry. Today, I bring you Beef Trotters Curry, a traditional Pakistani delicacy that’s full of taste, nutrition, and slow-cooked goodness. Packed with spices and natural richness, this curry is perfect for chilly evenings and goes wonderfully with naan, roti, or rice.

Beef bones (Pay)2 kg
Beef meat1 kg
Onions6 pieces
Garlic and ginger paste4 tablespoons
Cooking oil1 cup
Ground corianderAs required
Red chili powderAs required
SaltTo taste
Turmeric powderAs required
Garam masalaAs required
Fresh coriander leavesFor garnish

🍲 Cooking Procedure 🔥

Step 1: Boil Beef Bones

Take a pot, add water, and cook the beef bones.

Step 2: Add Spices and Vegetables

Add garlic & ginger paste, salt, turmeric, ground coriander, red chili powder, onions and green chilies. Cook on medium heat for 2 hours.

Step 3: Saute Beef Meat

In another pan, heat oil, fry onions, add garlic & ginger paste, then sauté the beef meat.

Step 4: Cook Meat with Spices and Water

Add whole spices and water. Cook until the meat becomes tender.

Step 5: Combine, Garnish and Serve

Mix meat with curry, add garam masala, garnish with fresh coriander. Recipe is ready to serve.
