Discipleship..
First of all discipleship has to do with between two bodies. The follower and the leader who accept the doctrine of his leader..
"Mirriam Webster" made us to understand

discipleship as one who accepts and assists in spreading the doctrines of another: such as
aChristianity : one of the twelve in the inner circle of Christ's followers according to the Gospel accounts.

In our secular world.
As an individual one has undergo a process of being a servant and always ready to serve in other to achieve a particular goal..

Now let's involve this theory into what we found ourselves doing, it might be what you like doing example, drawing, music, a teacher, tailoring, pastor etc..

I'm a musician, let me share this ( It's actually applicable to all talent and passion).

DEVELOPMENT: development has to do with self discipline in other words
Development works on the head and your hard work.

If you have something you don't know about in your field,you work in developing it, this can be done by downloading videos or having someone who teaches you on that point you're having challenges on.

While trying to develop your self it might be tough but trust me it won't take you long you'll pull through.

DISCIPLESHIP: I said earlier that it has to do with serving..
It's mandatory when you acquire all this skills and knowledge,you have to share with your follower.
As an up coming you are to summit to leadership or you have established people in the area you're not good at....

As a musician, you are incomplete without discipleship. I'm calling on you now to summit yourself to be disciple asd.

Note that and keep in mind that discipleship can come from the good, bad, and the ugly so beware of who you summit to..
