Here is come to share my participation in very productive and in real practical theme of the last season 7 week 6. I am too passionate to drop my entry with respect to share my common views on engagement topic. Hopefully it will be worthy for you too in mediation for living peaceful and prosperous life with family.

Mediation itself is very important for freshing our mind and give peace and to our body and soul. There are so many ways to meditate for living healthier and happier life. Not only for our self , Mediation is also very practical for our love ones who live around us in our daily ruitne.



What is meditation? How is it useful for our health?

In simple words, Mediation is a practical process of mind and physics through we can feel calm and peace from fatigue and stress in our life routine.

Yes , It is definitely useful and positive impact on our life and relationships as well. We can get rid from depression, negatively affects , lose of hope, feel upset and laziness in our life flew over from our life at once when we used to practice mediation properly in our daily ruitne.



What are the basic guidelines of meditation for a beginner?

When we we trouble in our life tasks. When we are fail to perform our duties and when we are tired to keep responsibilities on our shoulders and when we lose hope to live as well. Then we have to need mediation to come back in our happier and healthier life. For this purpose we have to follow some guidelines are as

  • Give charity , Definitely feel peaceful and relax in life

  • Offer prayer , Surely, heart feel satisfied and left matter in front of Almighty Allah

  • Self-determination, We came to know the actual problem in our self and around us. Can easily to mediate it.

  • Take healthy meal and nap for a while to wake up freshing mind and soul

  • Spend time with a cooperative and good heartedness and kind hearted people, Definitely we will feel comfortable and happy feeling of life In the company of them

How do you practice every day?

Being a Mother of elder 4 years old daughter and youngest 9 months old son , My all the day busy with them by taking care and upbringing of them. Beside that I have whole responsibility of my home. Cleaning, Washing laundry and cooking as well. I always try to give my kids and husband from my side through productive and quality based time in a hygiene environment.

Whenever I got tired and upset because of daily tough ruitne then for having some relaxation I hold cup of tea and sit alone . Enjoy my own company and apply self-determination technique. I close my eyes write up all the worries on the flying balloons and flew all of them on sky and goodbye all the sorrows , fatigue, laziness, arrogance and problems. Afterwards, I feel really like a Light balloon just light and happy.

What kind of good result do you find in your body after meditation?

In our community we couldn't accept reality. That's why we sorrounded with couple of problems, anxiety and depression and negative thoughts as well. If we mange our self accordingly to on going situation and accept reality then definitely alot of problems can resolved.

Hence, Feel calm, Left matter to Allah, Accept Reality and accept your own mistake too . Definitely you can feel good and peaceful piece of mind and soul as well. Your life become easy and perfect like you want. That's enough from my side for living healthier and happier life.

Yeah, meditation is a good way to train our mind and should, we can equally do it at every hour our the day, but we need to make sure that we are doing it in a good environment which is clean and we'll tidyed up.
