Language "Natives" and TECHNOLOGY
The Mayans
So what images come to mind ? Loinclothed savage man eating barbarians and Mel Gibson drunk with his 12 kids at church ?
Language is technology , english was an INVENTED LANGUAGE not spoken anywhere until it was introduced into the british isles around 1470 , before then the brits spoke NORSE , for real folks !
I live in South Africa and was born here , we have 11 official languages , the majority are "native" languages , until recently a white guy like me trying to learn the languages was difficult , these days it's difficult , but not discouraged .
So what am I on about ? Well languages are complex , and take forever to develop , lets imaging we have no language and rely on gestures and signals to communicate (or even ESP) How long would it take before our group or culture developed a fully fledged language like Xhosa or Venda or Sanscrit for that matter ?
The mayans had highly developed technology and communications technology , written language and an advanced counting system , their records record events as much as 4 million years ago , native or what HUH ?
So while we bathe in the glory of our silicon candy culture of bankster spy and control technology and control of your car is wrested from you you , take a few minutes to wonder on how fantastic the plethora of languages on this realm we call a "planet " really is !! My guess is that words in many languages actually contain a lot of information about science and history that has been lost .
Etimology
The origins of words , where did they come from , who decided what what means and what the sound or word for it was going to be , I mean it's a bit of a no brainer that humans can't decide on anything as a group and will squabble about the slightest thing ,right to the death , so invent an entire lexicon and all agree compliently ? Pull the other one , it's got bell's on it !!
Nobody really knows what the mayans were on about , their language is like a holographic super puzzle of layered meaning and context (as was the egyptian language of hieroglyphs) That a month of sundays tripping on tryptamine and mushrooms would barely scratch the surface of sophistication and hypercommunication contained therein , so I would go as far as saying the mayan glyphs actually conveyed information "telepahically"(as did the "atlanteans") , Im of the opinion that it goes WAY deeper and further than that .
As a researcher I'm constantly reevaluating what words actually mean and their etimology , it's been very helpful in avoiding the idiot squad of morons that pass for scientists and intellectuals these days
Take a few minutes and ponder how language came about and where the intitial concepts were coming from , and how long it would actually take to create even a basic language !!!
Civilization One
If you ever get your hands on this book , it's about measurements and how they originated , like the pyramids of Giza that encode the speed of light in thier position , the orrigion of measure is in some ways even more facinating that the origin of language , The megalithic Yard , the egyptian inch , the pound and of course those Sumerians tsk , it's all very mysterious ,and of course all this ancient stuff was used everywhere (the same stuff) by everyone , accurately , AND STILL IS .
WTF ?
Yip the meter is based on the Megalithic Yard (5000 years old ) to an accuracy of 99.99999 %
Say that again , the meter is an ANCIENT MEASUREMENT based on the pyramids ? Yip correct
No I can waffle on about various cultures and their etimology and measuring systems all week , but lets just conclude ,that "natives" ain't as "native " as we would like to believe
