In general, there are two types of fatty liver that are:
1-Alcoholic liver
2-Non-alcoholic fatty liver
Non-alcoholic fatty liver is a liver inflammation caused by excessive accumulation of fat in the liver tissue.
Liver fat is exacerbated by alcohol, causing various diseases.But in the second case, the reason for the occurrence of fatty liver disease is other things such as poor diet, taking medication and lack of physical activity.

3-limiting or avoiding alcoholic beverages

5-controlling your blood sugar
6-Eating vitamin E is by far the size and in consultation with the doctor
7-Avoid consuming frozen food
8-Drinking Apple juice and vinegar
9-Vegetables, grapefruit, walnuts, lemon, avocado, green tea, garlic, beetroot, green leafy vegetables and turmeric are the most important foods that keep the liver healthy.
10-Avoid Frying oils and Sauces - High salt, Fat dairy products
