Paid for steem account while not activate？

I wanna pay for the steem account and I choose Steem.Ninja to to that.
I have send 0.05eth to the specific address while my account is not activated. I don't know what's wrong and how to get my eth back .
The transaction is already confirmed by over 8 blocks and the hash on etherscan is : 0xe338b2ed6e7da0ee8a6489280545103c77271f9c2dd806aae30d454863b1996d
I have never recieved the 0.05eth from the merchant，where can I connect them to solve the problem? Anybody can help me ?
