दूसरे दिन बूढा दीवान राजा के पास गया और कहा कि आप
नाक मत कटवाईये । बाद में पछताओगे। राजा ने कहा दीवान साहब
बूढ़े लोगों में बुद्धि नहीं होती है इसलिए सेवा मुक्त किया जाता है आप
हमारे भगवान के दर्शन में बाधा डाल रहे हो। यह अच्छा नहीं।
दीवान ने कहा कि हुजूरपहले मेरा नाक कटवा दो, यदि मुझे प्रभु
के दर्शन होंगे तो मैं आपको कह दंगा ? अगर नहीं दर्शन होंगे तो
इन नकटा पंथियों को जेल में डाल देना।
यह बात राजा के कुछ समज में आयी कि ठीक है ऐसा करेंगे।
राजाने धुर्त को कह दिया कि इस मुहूर्त पर हमारे दीवान साहब को
शरण में ले लीजिये । धुर्त ने कहा कि धन्य हैं। महाराज दीवान को
भी आपके पीछे प्रभू दर्शन हो जायेंगे। अमावस के दिन वृद्र दीवान
धुर्त गुरु के पास लाये और कमरे के अन्दर नाक काट दी और उसके
कान में मन्त्र कहा कि तुम किसी को यह मत बताना कि हमको प्र
नहीं दीखता है, हाँ कहने से तुम्हारी पूजा होगी, और खूब भेंट पूजा
आएगी नहीं तो इज्जत चली जायेगी।
राजा ने वृद्र दीवान से पूछा कि क्या प्रभु के दर्शन हुए? वृद्ध
तीन
दीवान ने कहा कि प्रभु दर्शन तो नहीं हुए इतना दर्द हुआ कि
भवन के तारा दिखा दिया। तब राजा ने आजीवन नकटा पंथियों को
जल में बन्द कर नकटा पंथ को नष्ट कर दिया।
