Nature lighting is the best and cheap for good video quality. but in the absence of sunlight(Night), how is it possible to shoot a picture?
With artificial LED lights, I showed an example in the video.

Will it be easy to keep it with you during travel?
If you want something good for traveling, Check out the Amaran AL M9 or the New Amaran MX. Both are really bright and same size as your smartphone.
Thank @veganroma for sharing the How To Instantly Improve Image Quality tip. This is a good tip because many of the videos become unattractive when the lighting is unstable and not good, so the video becomes unattractive to look at and really boring. Thanks for @dtube too.

Thanks bro for the tip and your comparison of the ISO-values. Did you bounced the light source or directly in your face ?

I didn't bounce the light source, It was directly in my face and it was a really cheap and weak light bulb.
It was just an experiment, Soon i should receive a good LED light and i ordered today an umbrella to soften the light a bit.
Just remember, The lower the ISO values the sharper the image would get!
