Original Art Photography Series by @velimir #674 'No Grafiiti'
'No Grafiiti'
If this wasn't created over a hundred years ago, I'd say its graffiti. Unbelievable similarity in style.:)
Enjoy! :)

That stained glass window is beautiful (I admit that for a moment I thought it could be a tile composition). I never thought of graffiti, although the type of drawing could give us that association. You say it's more than a hundred years old; it could be from the times of the artistic avant-garde; futurism, for example. I imagined it more towards the 60's or 70's, because I associated it with pop art.
You might be very right about the time period, actually!
My Latin teacher always said: Nihil sub sole novum. Many of the graffiti artists will have believed that they were innovating and look at this work done years ago. I like the colors and shadows of this image, although I don't know if I like the edges. I think they are out of tune with the rest of the piece. A hug for you, @velimir.
It does look like someone vandalized an old stain glass church window with graffiti at first glance Lol. But anything looks good done in stained glass.
