VENEZUELAN REGIME PREPARES AGAINST "INVISIBLE WAR WITH A BROAD SPECTRUM"

Two reports disseminated in high military estates, give an account of the actions that a higher security body would execute in Venezuela, to take place in its territory a military intervention. Reports indicate that government security agencies will not only spy on opposition leaders, but will stop citizens from supporting "the invaders" and will also arrest those born in countries participating in the eventual conflict, and will proceed to confine them in "concentration camps".

This is what the journalist Hernán Lugo describes, based on the pair of documents sent by the General Command of the GNB to the Internal Order Maintenance Services Directorate, for subsequent referral to the 23 regional commandos of the Guard, to the Zonal Command 81 in the Oil Belt and other units.

In such documents, Galicia explains, the legal basis is detailed so that a sort of 'supra organ' of security, is abrogated the functions and attributions of other institutions of justice and public order.

In this sense, according to the thesis of a state of national commotion, the Operational Strategic Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces - CEOFANB, will take control of the Citizen Security Bodies: PNB, CICPC, fire brigades and Civil Protection, in concurrence with the authorities of the states and municipalities.

According to the aforementioned documents, the high military leadership of the country harangues the military to prepare for what they call an "invisible war of broad spectrum, led by enemies of the country."

One of these reports, called the FANB's Employment Manual for Conducting Operations Required for the Maintenance of Internal Order, of 145 pages, establishes the norms of what they call "Control and management of foreigners and belligerents", for which they stipulate the creation of places of detention or "concentration camps" of citizens - residents in Venezuela - native of the states that propitiate or support the interference in Venezuela.
