Your voice has power

ATM queues tend to be one of the most frustrating places you have to exercise patience. You might have to put up with service issues, long queues, hot sun, irrelevant talks and the likes, I'm sure you understand this.
Today i experienced something extraordinary and deep down i wish this could happen everyday.
So i was on this queue about 10persons long and it was moving fast up until one chubby light skinned lady took her turn, she spent so much time that people started mumbling. On the other hand, there was this particular lady that kept on shouting "how much are you withdrawing That you don't want others to withdraw", now she said this everytime someone from the other queue finished a transaction and left, this happened 5 times and i kept on watching. When the chubby lady was done she stepped down and on her way out, the ranter made another angry statement of which the chubby lady responded by asking how much she wanted to withdraw, counted 5000 naira handed it over to ranter and said "this should cover for the delay too" after she left people started throwing comments....
What would you have said to the ranter and if you were the ranter, would you have accepted the cash?
