Everyone whether young or old desires to keep fit, young and healthy, free from sickness and diseases.
To this issue facing us is a very simple but effective solution, sometime ago I started developing belle fat and guess what, I was really panicking, so I started looking for solutions and that solution is what I will be sharing with us today.
That solution is called EXERCISE . In this post I'll be doing justice to the following points below

EXERCISE

Exercise is any physical activity that is carried out in order to help us keep fit and healthy. When we talk of physical fitness, we are referring to your body systems working efficiently to enable you enjoy good health and vitality.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CARRYING OUT EXERCISE?

Regular physical activity and exercise can assist you in the following ways:

  1. Assist you with weight loss. Accumulation of excess fat in the body can be harmful to the health and can become an inderance to a healthy living. Exercise and a healthy diet is essential if one wants to stay fit, healthy and in shape. To stay fit,healthy and in shape, you must consume the same number of calories as you expend.
  2. You'll be less likely to develop a heart condition. The more exercises you do, the better your circulation will be, and you'll need to strengthen your heart as well. As your blood flow improves, your body's oxygen levels rise. This lowers the risk of heart issues like high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and heart attacks. Regular exercise can also aid weight loss as well as blood pressure and cholesterol levels reduction.

  3. Aid you in your efforts to quit smoking. Exercising can assist you in quitting smoking by reducing cravings and withdrawal symptoms. When you stop smoking, it can also help you prevent gaining weight.
  4. Improve your psychological and emotional health. During exercise, your body releases hormones that may make you feel more happy and calm. This will help you cope with stress and reduce your risk of depression.
  5. It's critical to keep your thinking, learning, and decision-making abilities as you get older. Physical activity triggers the production of proteins and other chemicals that aid in the formation and function of your brain.
  6. Strengthening the bones and muscles is necessary. Regular exercise can help children and teenagers build bone strength. It may also aid in the prevention of bone density loss as people age. Muscle-strengthening workouts can aid in muscle building or maintenance.
    Some cancers can be prevented, such as colon, breast, uterine, and lung cancer.

3. AT WHAT AGE SHOULD ONE EXERCISE?

The answer is simple: it is critical to stay in shape at all ages. While exercise varies by age group, know which exercises are appropriate for you.

No doubt, it is important for we to look out for our physical wellbeing by carrying out exercises, I hope we have learnt a lot today.
