Is an honor for me to be here and it's a privilege for me to share with you this special step I have found out that in cooking generally, we have 1,001 ways of cooking one food because your head is different mind is different and the other person is different we can't have the same faculty of thinking even if we are born the same day

Today I would love to share with you about pig meat preparation I have been cooking meats for ages now but this has not occurred to me. I was glad that I gave it a try and it turned out to be so nice and tasting it feels good to test your ability in life.

The pig is one of the animals that are rare here in the Northern part of Nigeria and I'm sure it's not only here in Africa that we consume pig meat, pig is a source of income for many families in different parts of the world people that rare pigs always have benefits because it produces twice in a year and in large quantity all you need to do is to feed them well and keep them in a safe environment pig can destroy your farm if is out of the cage during the farming season

Raring of pigs requires a lot of patience and hard work for you to be able to achieve your aims is a dirty animal but it's a consumption for humans because it can be washed and cooked. and to me, Pig meat is one of the sweetest meats I have ever tasted is fast in digestion and is soft for consumption

I grew up seeing my parents' rare pigs as their source of income It's served as our source of school fees whenever the school was sensation the oil they got out of the pig meat was used for cooking or frying yam potatoes and other Also the oil is used for the cure of snake bites it has a lot of importance to human.

Here are some steps I learned yesterday by myself

I purchased the meat from the market square then I washed it properly I sieved the water using the basket and added two cubes of Maggi, I kept it for two minutes for it to source into the meat properly

I put an empty frying pan on fire, allowed it to hot a little then I add the meat directly to the pot without adding oil

I gradually turn it on the fire on a low key, It takes 10 minutes on fire, I fry it to my taste and it brings out oil that I can use for cooking my stew,

  • step four

it becomes brown after that I added pepper and I brought it down it's become red meat just like a slice of cow meat it tasted so delicious I was so amazed by its taste I shared it with some friends and a testify of its sweetness
