Mie Aceh is one of the traditional dishes from Aceh which is presented in the form of noodles and mixed with several other additional foods such as seafood, eggs, and various other additional foods which are served together with the Acehnese noodles. I am very fond of eating Acehnese noodles because I am an Acehnese who goes overseas to Jakarta to work, so I often eat Acehnese noodles with my friends who also happen to come from Aceh.
