My weight loss journey #10
My friends said to me that I'm great in time management, how I can manage dating with my girlfriend, go to work, doing leathercraft after work, workout, reading, learning Japanese.
It's easy for me. It's all about discipline and persistent. Never believe you will have dramatic changes in a short period of time. Don't make too many changes at a time. Cut it into small goals, after you are adapted to 1 change (e.g. give up junk food, sleep earlier), feeling good about it and make it a routine habit then do another one. 6 months later I'm sure when you look back, you will find that you have a little bit difference.
I won't say high uric acid is a gift for me, fuck it. But truly, it is a wake up call for me that I should be aware of my body. I make my body suffering for more than 30 years.

This is really inspirational. If you decide to do something it depends on you. Adopting discipline and persistence in it will make the work easier and faster than you think.
Yes, take weight loss as an example, I don't know why most of my friends they put the attention on workout instead of control their diet. The ironic thing is they know they don't eat healthy and they have no time to workout (they give a lot of excuses e.g. busy, overtime work......etc). And they are keep complaining their weight without doing anything.
