Hashgraph provide asynchronous BFT (only one in the market I know of) which is the highest level of security you can expect from a distributed ledger. Every detail will be fully transparent on the ledger while supporting million Tx/s
Liquidity And Access
You can buy/sell crypto in a matter of seconds. But it could even take months to buy/sell real estate and unless you are a big investor who is in the know, you might not even get access to certain deals. Red Swan solves this while increasing efficiency meaning you'll have much cheaper fees.
Practically Zero Competition
I don't see any competition from crypto and legacy systems are eventually going to get beat by more efficient technology that is super scalable. So I'd say we have a real gem here.

With tokenized economy, we get less fees and more efficiency and even greater liquidity. The only con I can think of is potential price swings due to malinvestment and bubbles. But those things happen even without tokenization.
Buying and selling of cryptocurrency is really one of the best gains today.
I am very much involved in them nowadays.
