I have a friend who will always answer some variation of "fine" when asked how they are, but when you know them long enough you know by the tone of the "fine" whether they're actually fine or just deflecting further questions XD Similarly I'll answer some variation of "good" or "fine" if things are fine and just respond "yes" if I'm not and either don't feel like talking about it at that point or haven't figured out how to articulate it yet, if people want to follow up they will, otherwise the confusion that answer generates leaves me enough time to run awaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy XD

Hehe I like "different every hour" XD though if I were to use something like that I'd have to be truthful and say "mercurial" >_> LoL XD

I guess it's a "fine" line to tread ;>)

Mercurial is a nice one too but I guess most people won't understand and then you need to start explaining, which is what I was trying to avoid here haha

I really like abrahams method on going general when you are negative, then finding a positive general statement and changing over to that. It’s been essential for me to explore the negative a little bit in order to really feel the positive when I say it. I think I just spend about 2-3 minutes feeing bad now and then when it’s gone it’s gone! Sometimes I need a few hours of just not thinking first

Good for you. I'm still riding a different wave each and every day but I try to not ride the low ones much longer than necessary. Nevertheless, like you put it, I know there's a reason for the negative, so I will try to figure out why it's there and what I can change.

Yeah, that Abraham stuff is very helpful. I often reread pages of the book 'Ask and it is Given' where there's a lot of attention for emotions and how you can change them step by step.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us!

I not only beleive in the power of words, I actually know the power of words. Every time I find myself in a situation of negative feeling, I speak out positive words. When I'm alone, I even speak to myself outloud. I noticed this has an even bigger impact. Theories suggests the same btw. I actually think one can heal from serious deseases through words, well in the end through attititude, the will to want to survive Those who don't fight, don't use the positive words, are likely to not being able to survive.

I really like the anser you came up with. I may copy this from you! :)

You are welcome to copy that message ;>)

and everything you say is true. We just need to remind ourself of it again and again as we stuff our brains with so much unnecessary ( and often negative ) stuff that we forget the goodies.

words whole so much power, they bring us into existence. If I am unwell, I will say that I am poorly but that my body is healing itself and so it is xxx

True that and same here. It's all about these little subtleties.
