Pindang Udang
Bahan :
300 gram udang, bersihkan
2bh tomat,potong2
4lembar daun salam
4lembar daun jeruk
4bh asam kandis
1batang serai,geprek
2cm lengkuas,geprek
2gelas air putih
Garam,gula,kaldu jamur secukupnya
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
12bh cabe merah keriting
8siung bawang putih
8siung bawang merah
1ruas jahe
1ruas kunyit
Cara masak :
- Lumuri udang dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam,diamkan 15 menit,sisihkan
- Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum,lalu masukkan serai,lengkuas,daun jeruk,daun salam,asam kandis,aduk rata
- Masukkan air lalu beri garam,gula,kaldu jamur secukupnya sampai mendidih
- Masukkan udang masak hingga bumbu meresap,lalu masukkan tomat, angkat sajikan.
