My sister moved out, looking for a roommate

I very charming two bedroom apartment
It’s one block away from a grocery store

There’s about four restaurants within two blocks
There’s a movie theater four blocks away
There’s a library about six blocks away
There’s a police station and two schools

There’s a lot of things to do around here it’s right next to Main Street and there’s a lot of attractions nearby

The total rent for the apartment is $2200
I am looking for a roommate who is going to pay for half of that
