 Composition:
Eggplant – 2 PCs.
Tomatoes – 4 PCs.
Garlic – 2 cloves.
Cheese – 100 gr.
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Salt, black pepper – to taste.

Method of preparation:
1. Eggplant wash, cut into slices with a width of 0,5-1 cm. RUB with salt, leave for 20 minutes.


2. Rinse the eggplant, garlic puree them, add some pepper and mayonnaise, mix everything thoroughly.

3. Lay the eggplant on a greased baking sheet, put a slice of tomato the same thickness.

4. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese, put it into the preheated oven. Bake 30 minutes at 180 ° C. the Dish is ready.
